Today is World Mental Health Day. And today, I want to speak about a silence that costs lives.
In Nepal, mental health is still whispered about—if it is spoken of at all. Our young people are carrying weights that they were never taught to name. Depression, anxiety, trauma from conflict and earthquake—these are real, they are common, and they are treatable.
